Continuous Medical Education
The event will be credited with 30 CME credits.
Certificate of attendance
Each participant will receive a Certificate of Participation, with CME credits (if they are a doctor) or without CME credits (if they are not a doctor). This Certificate of Participation can be picked up from the SOV 2022 Information Office on June 11, 2022 (for On-Site participants) or will be sent by Express Courier within a maximum of 20 days (for On-Line participants).

The SOV 2022 Secretariat (SOV Info Office) and Registrations will be located at Unirea Hotel, Iasi.

SOV 2022 Kit
Each participant who is participating in On-Site, will receive the SOV 2022 Kit at the registration. The SOV Kit includes course support and promotional materials from SOV 2022 partners.
Each participant who participates On-Line will receive the SOV 2022 Kit via Rapid Courier, post event. The SOV Kit includes course support and promotional materials from SOV 2022 partners.
Badges SOV 2022
Participants and Invited Speakers who choose to participate on-site at SOV 2022 are requested to wear their badges at all times while inside the SOV 2022 center.
Internet Access
Internet access will be available by the wireless connection available at the location. Internet password will be available at the SOV 2022 Info Stand (Secretariat of SOV 2022)
SOV 2022 Access
For access in the SOV room you will be using the badge which you will receive after registering at the Info Stand. Participants will choose their seats on “first come, first serve” basis. Therefore, we recommend to plan for an early arrival at the premises.
Information for Invited Speakers
There will be accepted for presentation only the digital materials which respect the technical specifications agreed upon registration. The materials need to be dropped at the Info Stand at least 3 hours before the time scheduled for your presentation. Not being able to respect the technical specifications or the time limit could have a negative impact on your presentation.
Media Politics
Photography and filming during the event are prohibited without written permission from the event Media Coordinator, whom you can contact at the SOV 2022 Info Stand.
Catering
Participants will serve the coffee/lunch breaks in the designated spaces, as detailed in the Program Handbook of SOV 2022.
Electricity
The electricity in Romania runs on 230 volts and the frequency is 50 Hz. Plugs have two round pins. A plug adaptor will be required if incompatible electronic devices are used.
Drugs and first aid
A wide range of non-prescription drugs are readily available at local pharmacies. For other medication you will need a prescription signed by a registered Romanian doctor. In case of emergency please call the 112 emergency number.
Liability and insurance
The SOV 2022 operator will not assume responsibility for injury and/or damage involving persons or property during the event. All participants are advised to prevent/avoid any injury/ loss.
Lost and found
Lost property can be taken at the SOV 2022 Info Stand. To report a lost item please contact the SOV 2022 Info Stand.
Mobile phone
Mobile phones must be switched off during all sessions.
Smoking
Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
